Short Stories

I've always had a bit of trouble with short stories. Probably because I'm too lazy to find the short way to say things. Most of my ideas are novel-length, even saga-length, and therefore haven't been finished -- or, in most cases, properly begun. However, I have occasionally managed to be terse. Here I've assembled the very few of those efforts I consider fit for public consumption. After you've read them, maybe you'd be kind enough to e-mail me and tell me what you think.

In order from newest to oldest:

Zachary

Good Night Claire

Starhands, A Fairytale

Fugue for Water and Telephone

The Boy Who Stole Midnight

Inoue

Those who find my prose pleasant to the ear but my plotting technique a bit slap-happy might enjoy my poems more.
